MyMedLeads vs. Pobuca

Even though at this stage I have been using MyMedLeads for several years, I honestly couldn't recommend it for any use case. We have actively been looking for a new CRM to replace it and should be moving away from MML in the near future. You can find a better CRM solution, even if you are using Nextech as your EMR

It is a great tool for everyone who has a lot of contacts to manage and is not good at keeping contacts. It has the capacity to hold a massive number of contacts and it arranges them so one can effortlessly find any of their contacts without wasting time.

• Contacts are entered easily.
• It has many options for different types of information you can input.
• The ability to take pictures of business cards and it stores it makes it easier to find at a later date.

• In my opinion, horribly underdeveloped platform and feature set
• Bare-Bones CRM Functions
• I believe it is broken, untrustworthy reporting
• SMS marketing features recently shut down due to carrier issues
• I think it is difficult to use, inefficient UI
• No customization options
• Lead source not mapped to Nextech when converting leads
• I believe it is cumbersome, low-quality solutions for VOIP and Live Chat Integration

I think it is cumbersome, underdeveloped and outdated user interface with zero customization options.

BizConnect’s customer service was not good and was a bit slow in searching contacts. But Pobuca is the best choice in this regard--from customer service to the ease with which we can add contact into it is amazing. Its flexibility is another major factor in choosing Pobuca. Finding any contact through this software is very simple, but its scanning feature is a bit slow and takes time.

• Lack of integrations with our other systems and closed API makes for a cumbersome and fragmented tech-stack at out practice
• Able to track ROAS of basic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Barebones CRM features helps to support the staff
• I think it is barebones Marketing Automation helps with lead nurturing
• SMS Marketing was useful until it was shut down

• Shortened time looking for leads
• Practicality in dialing direct from the app
