SurveyLab vs. Omniconvert Explore

MySurveyLab is best to use to measure satisfaction, both employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

If you need some website personalization it can do the trick. If you have a website where you know where your users are coming from and you can improve their experience from some personalization it will help you convert them through your funnel.

If you are running a small site it may be overkill to a normal call to action. Couldn’t hurt to test though with their split testing.

• They have great support that always will help you.
• MySurveyLab is very flexible. Some things can be done in several ways.
• They have a very good analytics module with trends, dashboards and data segments. This can give you another view of your data.
• Collectors add flexibility to surveys. You can collect surveys from a few different source at once
• They have a mobile application that can collect responses offline(!)

• Conversion optimization.
• Website personalization.

• Summary export in Excel could be nicer.
• Tags in the left menu could be more intuitive.

• The learning curve could be easier.
• Improve onboarding.

Unless has an easier learning curve but they have different features. Their personalization is similar though.

• With MySurveyLab we were able to react immediately when customers were not happy, and this reduced churn a lot

• Personalization from referral sites has been an improvement to ROI.
