When we moved from HubSpot to Salesforce, we didn't have operations in place for the Account Object. We had always used deals as the main source of information with Accounts as secondary. Because of this, we brought in Nektar Revenue Data Automation Platform to migrate all our communications and notes to the associated opportunity.

Unfortunately, Nektar Revenue Data Automation Platform really isn't a platform I feel confident jumping in and using. I am usually collaborating with the CSM to build and mainitain the platfrom. They do have a customer facing UI, but it isn't very clear what I can and cannot do on it, and the CSM team has always been willing to help.
