Overall Satisfaction with Nektar Revenue Data Automation Platform

Nektar Revenue Data Automation Platform integrates with Google and Salesforce, seamlessly bringing over communications and associating them with active opportunities. Nektar Revenue Data Automation Platform also automatically creates contacts associated with meetings/emails and build them into Salesforce. Finally, Nektar Revenue Data Automation Platform has been used to create simplified flows that trigger off of information outside the CRM, but can then update objects in Salesforce.

Unfortunately, Nektar Revenue Data Automation Platform really isn't a platform I feel confident jumping in and using. I am usually collaborating with the CSM to build and mainitain the platfrom. They do have a customer facing UI, but it isn't very clear what I can and cannot do on it, and the CSM team has always been willing to help.

When we moved from HubSpot to Salesforce, we didn't have operations in place for the Account Object. We had always used deals as the main source of information with Accounts as secondary. Because of this, we brought in Nektar Revenue Data Automation Platform to migrate all our communications and notes to the associated opportunity.
