NEOGOV Insight vs. WorkforceHub by SwipeClock

NEOGOV Insight is great as an one-stop for the entire recruitment and selection process. It is well suited for our mid-size organization of about 2000 employees and about 400-500 postings (in average) every year. You need to have team members with some technology expertise to use NEOGOV Insight. It's not super user friendly. If hiring teams aren't comfortable navigating a system that requires tech background then it is not appropriate for your organization.

It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.

It requires some self-teaching, exploring, and tech expertise to use NEOGOV Insight efficiently. There are a lots of features that aren't easily available and requires some research and trial-error. Its not very user-friendly and the features/interface of NEOGOV Insight changes often times with new upgrades and enhancements. So an NEOGOV Insight user needs to be somewhat tech-savvy and willing to be flexible and adaptable.
