They understand the needs of their customers and have the experience to help communities of any size acquire talented public servants. This is a public sector solution and probably isn't best suited for the private sector
Read full review I think it can be very helpful and generate great ROI if you are a big company with a lot of recruitment processes running. It provides a centralized management view and a lot of resources/features. It can be too much and become hard to manage if you have spot and urgent demands, since it takes time to start getting results from the system, considering its learning curve.

It would be great to have tools to make easier the deployment of simple and quick recruitment process, reducing the learning curve to use the product. It was built for the public sector which allows it to stand alone within the HR field. When using products such as Indeed.com and Linkedin local governments are lost within a much larger universe.

This saves resources (paper, ink, etc) and time allowing for a more efficient hiring process.
