Earlier this week, we had a mishap where a client's birth certificate went missing while being transferred between departments. This could have been disastrous for both our employees and the client, but Sugar allowed for quick detective work that let us track the document's passage between specific employees, and the item was located and returned!

It is a good choice for mid-size companies (50-1000 employees) and their quality of support is very satisfactory. Its searchable data gives accurate results and its ease of integration with Salesforce is an added advantage over its competitors.
