Overall Satisfaction with Veeva OpenData
We are a service provider to commercial pharma business. We analyse SFE activities, consent management, CLM analysis, etc. using Veeva CRM system for our customers. We are using HCP and HCO data (open data) analytics for analysis and deployment in various EU countries.
Pros
- Readymade list of HCPs and HCOs
- Affordable pricing
- Integrates well with Veeva
Cons
- The HCP and HCO lists are not complete for many European countries.
- One can't filter HCPs to identify a specified segment say for a rare disease
- No other associated data like formulary status to support the segmentation
- Cost effective
- End pharma Customers are not very happy
Veeva data quality is poor and not complete when compared with IQVIA.
