Norton Small Business vs. Qualys TotalCloud

We are a small company; Norton Small Business gives us the freedom for our remote employees to work securely using their personal laptop /smartphone. Less appropriate: Someone with a few separate locations that require separate cybersecurity environment but would still benefit from centralized management.

We have found Qualys TotalCloud useful to track down and identify specific files or packages, which helped us to verify that the solution we had implemented was successful. It also helped us do identify false positives, since the paths of the files are included in the Qualys TotalCloud details, so we could see if files were just and set of old install files.

It's good for a small business that needs cybersecurity without needing to spend a lot of money. Besides being affordable it seems to be extremely, reliable, and easy to use.

After installing Qualys TotalCloud, it was just a matter of initiating a service or daemon and it continues to run. There is no maintenance or special monitoring needed. Qualys TotalCloud seamlessly reports the required information to Cisco Security and all we need to do is check the Cisco Security interface for any vulnerabilities that we need to address.

We did not actively consider any other software. Overall we did do a basic understanding of a pricing & features and found that the offerings from Symantec were better than others even prima facie. At the current time for an organisation such as ours we do not believe that there is any other option worth active consideration

• Allowed me to resolve vulnerabilities so that none of our servers have high-priority vulnerabilities.
• Keeping our own environments safe also ensures that our customers' environments are safe.
• Using the Qualys TotalCloud details reported on our servers allows us to assist customers in resolving their vulnerabilities that they ask us for assistance with resolving.
