Overall Satisfaction with Norton Small Business

I use the dashboard to manage protection for all devices from a single location, then I can, for example can prevent employees from accessing malicious website. The best feature is the ability to set up regular updates and scans to keep the software and systems secure

  • easy to use (can add and remove devices as needed too)
  • cloud backup

Cons

  • limited integration capabilities
  • I don't believe there is endpoint encryption, therefore data is vulnerable if a device is lost
  • pricing should be straightforward
  • Money saved on cybersecurity products
  • Time saved: ease of use
  • Reliable
It's good for a small business that needs cybersecurity without needing to spend a lot of money. Besides being affordable it seems to be extremely, reliable, and easy to use.

We are a small company; Norton Small Business gives us the freedom for our remote employees to work securely using their personal laptop /smartphone.

Less appropriate: Someone with a few separate locations that require separate cybersecurity environment but would still benefit from centralized management.
