Pros	OnShift Scheduling - ease of creating, managing, modifying schedules. PBJ (Payroll-Based Journal) - easy to enter numbers, download CVS file and upload to CMS. Communicate to employees regarding open shifts, share open shifts with staff. Send mass texts to employees as needed. Cons	OnShift Problems with app permission Could be more robust Verified User Anonymous Read full review	UniFocus It is difficult to find specific reports, you have to know the system and where to look. It might be nice to have a friendly tutorial for available operations. I like to add notes to my payroll, it would be nice if it was easier to print up those notes and see the entire note. Support Rating	OnShift OnShift account managers consistently respond to emails in less than one business day and are able to address issues very quickly when they occur. Very responsive. Alternatives Considered	OnShift Overall the UI on OnShift its a great advantage as it will make everything more easier, since basic information to specific details on orders or events. While its only visual the design has a sooting effect as is not annoying while not being so simple, it can help to make feel the users that they are using modern tools for the job.
