OpenText AppEnhancer vs. Penneo Sign

I recommend it for any organization that needs to manage all content, either in Marketing, legal or any other place where you need to search, collect, classify and publish content and more efficiently. Imagine a situation where you have marketing, legal, HR and finance working on a project and they need to have access to each other's content, this is where OpenText Application Content Management was a real big win, each individual from a different department was able to find what they were looking for without bothering their colleagues every time. You don't want to go back to this kind of scenario.

Penneo is really well suited if you want to handle all contracts online. Reducing process time and reducing "waste" of paper being printed. It can speed up the process for all. To my knowledge, it's not possible to fraud the system, and the files being signed are always verified correctly.

• As I mentioned in the previous question, OpenText helps us in Invoice generation and invoice verification which makes our workflow very easy.
• OpenText provides customization options and different versions are available so it can be deployed to different departments of our company.
• Its very easy to use.

• For Danish users, it would be nice if Penneo offered the ability to sign and verify using MitID.
• For signees, it would be nice to have a feature to add comments for documents, not just personal but also for the client.
• As company the software solution is really great. There is not much negative points to highlight.

• As stated earlier Penneo has made a really positive impact on reducing our process time when signing contracts. Now we are able to complete a process with two or three sign-offs within a day. Before this process usually took a week.
• We reduce a lot of physical storage by having all files electronically. Files are saved as PDFs and stored securely on a server. Earlier these were printed files stored in a physical folder.
• As a large company we really want to reduce of environmental impact, and reducing a lot of physical prints is also a key measure for us. Penneo has had a positive impact on us in this regard.
