It's easy to track changes, enable or disable access to others, and works directly from browser. It needs some improvisations in terms of speed and consistency. It does not include a statement retrieval feature but does work very nicely with a third-party app called FileThis. The majority of the users in the office have not been able to install the Outlook plug-in due to "a certificate error." In five years, SmartVault has not addressed this issue. Cons	OpenText Drag and drop feature needs to be optimised. No inbuilt backup tool. Desktop app sync needs to improved and quick.
