OpenText SendSecure vs. bTrade TDXchange

It is super easy to use any time we have a need to send something encrypted. It is great, because if we have a client that needs to send us something, we can send that person a link and they are able to use that to send us a protected file.

It's a great product, works very well. Very reliable, secure and easy to use. We're not a large company and don't have big IT staff so the product is very good for companies like ours. Also bTrade support are great! They really help us whenever we have issues or need some additional information.

The bTrade TDXchange User Interface is great! It is very intuitive, and easy to navigate. The reporting capabilities are truly invaluable.

Never crashed on us or had issue but that's no surprise, it's used by many companies over the years and bugs were fixed before we got the product.

bTrade TDXchange is very fast and no impact to our other systems.

We have only had to engage bTrade TDXchange’s technical support team a few times, but it has always been a great experience. They are U.S. based and very responsive. We even provided feedback shortly after implementation and they put our recommendation into the next release (or the one after that…I forget exactly).

It literally took a few minutes to install bTrade TDXchange and then with bTrade's documentation we were able to do all the initial setup in under an hour.

So far we only have one instance in Prod and one in DR, however a single instance can handle many files because of it's good design.
