Great MFT Product
Overall Satisfaction with bTrade TDXchange
We needed a solution to exchange sensitive documents with our clients and business partners. Data security and guaranteed delivery of data are very critical to us. After we bought and deployed bTrade TDXchange for our Managed File Transfer needs, we have been very impressed. Its vast amount of features and user-friendly interface make it a great choice for us especially that we don't have extensive technical knowledge.
Pros
- Very feature rich, you can integrate the product with practically anything. Dashboards and other activity features are very useful to understand the status of files.
- Can configure alerts for almost any use case we need.
- Very easy to use on a day to day basis, menus are self explanatory, log files are detailed and clear, alerts tell us when the problems occur.
- Does not require a lot of hardware even though we are sending and receiving a large amount of files on a daily basis.
- Security features are great, we know our data is protected well in transit and when stored in the datastore.
Cons
- We need additional features to integrate with other systems we are using and bTrade TDXchange already added those to their roadmap and should deliver in early Q1 which works great for us
- Our data is secure and we can sleep at night not worrying that someone is going to steal our customer's data.
- It does not cost us much to run bTrade TDXchange so it's great investment.
- Our data is always delivered and if there are issues with our customers or partners servers or if we're missing data from them, we get alerted so that can take actions.
Much better UI interface, many more features in bTrade TDXchange.

No we just have regular support.
One time, we lost our main infrastructure engineers and bTrade provided their staff to run their product plus our infrastructure. They also helped us to interview new candidates, once they were hired bTrade did a very good KT and slowly rolled off. We greatly appreciate it since they helped us to avoid major issues with our technology.
