Overall Satisfaction with bTrade TDXchange

We use bTrade TDXchange exclusively with our enterprise level customers. We transmit Gb’s of data daily, and it has been critical in meeting our security requirements as well as lowering transmission times and hardware requirements. The reporting tools have been invaluable to our board.

  • We are saving a significant amount on administrative costs for our MFT solution.

  • We only wish we had implemented bTrade TDXchange sooner.
The bTrade TDXchange User Interface is great! It is very intuitive, and easy to navigate. The reporting capabilities are truly invaluable.

The ease of use and onboarding has made bTrade TDXchange a real pleasure to use day-to-day. We really appreciate the stability and the small footprint the application uses which has allowed us to save a tremendous amount of money on hardware usage compared to our previous system.

bTrade TDXchange Support

We have only had to engage bTrade TDXchange’s technical support team a few times, but it has always been a great experience. They are U.S. based and very responsive. We even provided feedback shortly after implementation and they put our recommendation into the next release (or the one after that…I forget exactly).

We purchased the annual maintenance plan.
Every time we have had to engage with bTrade TDXchange has been exceptional. It has been a complete 180 from our previous MFT “solution”.
