OpenWater vs. Votigo

This software is highly recommended to all schools, institutions and companies that carry out contests and awards, as it will speed up the selection, evaluation, awards and rewards tasks. It allows the entire contest to be done digitally, saving a lot of time and costs.

If you want a fully integrated and customized solution Votigo is the way to go. But it is not a cheap or fast option. If you can work within the self service template it can be a fast, inexpensive option.

• An omniChannel platform for end-to-end digital event management.
• Easy to use and intuitive user interface which works well for new users as well.
• Best support system which is very responsive for any problems or issues.

• Worked with Votigo on large cause marketing campaign for Citgo Oil. Great customer service!
• Votigo is flexibile with program implementation and customization. Project for 3M
• Votigo is a always timely with follow up and technical support and resolution

• The reporting capabilities can be improved to make analysis easier.
• Customization is a bit difficult and requires help from OpenWater support and the solution team.
• From an administration point of view, the interface and navigation can be simplified.

• I wish we had more flexibility with the design options like CSS and HTML at the lower cost self service option.
• I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design
• Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more.

For a custom or API implementation I think it is a great option and they have great customer service. The self service option is too rigid and I need more application options and design customization

• Removal of manual efforts in event management leading to low operating cost.
• Optimization and delight to employees lead to increased productivity.
• Ease of use which eliminates training cost and efforts.

• It is a great solution but I now see a lot of other products with more advanced reporting and lower costs.
