Oracle FLEXCUBE vs. Vault by Thought Machine

The system is very user-friendly and provides help in performing UAT and making the processes live, payment method opt without interacting with humans. Automation of the processes is marvelous.

• Improve workflow for frontline user
• Established own implementation resource rather than use a partner
• It would be good if Oracle maintained a local support office in Cambodia

Support is very expensive and not always up to speed with the market and the latest developments. The support is highly fragmented as well and split among 2-3 Oracle departments.
