Osano vs. SAI360

Osano is well-suited for startups and small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) due to its low cost and excellent service. The customer support is also commendable. It consistently notifies you of missing privacy policies or cookie compliance issues on your webpage. Additionally, it requires mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) at login, enhancing security.

The usage of ROAM, as well as the integration of external programmes through API and import functions, has almost reduced duplication of work. One thing to keep in mind is that your use cases must be very clear. There are a lot of SAI solutions, and their titles don't always correspond to what they actually perform.

• [I] would like to have more details on what the scripts/cookies are for (it isn't always clear).
• The step-by-step process of classifying scripts and saving vs. publishing is clunky and unclear.
• Some [of the] naming conventions aren't intuitive - compliance mode, strict, passive, etc.

Overall it is a very versatile system that does help to keep our processes automated and secure. We are able to streamline our day to day activities.

The main issues were managing the internal conflicts and competing objectives, rather than the capability and implementation of BWise itself.

I prefer Osano over others for it's easy of configuration and flexibility to adjust language dynamical and legal requirements dynamically based on user device and/or location. Plus easily add team members to help manage the various parts of the software make this a one stop shop solution for our business.

Wasn't personally involved in the vendor selection process. I am aware that one of the main drivers for selecting BWise was cost (I believe BWise total project cost was several times lower than MetricStream's).
