I believe Outlook4Gmail stacks up against AppNeta having a better graphic and simplicity. I have selected Outlook4Gmail because is more known and probably easier to find answers to questions when they may come.
I folder all emails of certain subject. Outlook makes this an easy process. It allows for dragging messages to the proper place. Searching becomes very easy and locating what we need happens quickly. I would love to have more scheduled emailing capabilities. If the program has this feature, I am having trouble finding it.
Easy to use for a email and calander. If offers a wide variety of ways to use and store data. Easy to search for old emails that may have gotten lost for quick reference. Like being able to see all of our offices emails in one spot. It is a great product
