Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Outlook4Gmail within our company and by doing this we are able to keep our schedules, tasks emails and reminders all within easy to access parameters as well as make moving between the different screens smooth and efficient. Although there are a few small glitches here and there in the new updates, they are easy to get ironed out.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Keep schedule's accessible to all with access to the shared pages.
Moving from task to task and keeping track of messages related to those tasks.
Being able to move emails from folder to folder as well as monitoring those mails as needed.

Cons

Maintaining the shortcut when switching over from the old to the new.

Return on Investment

We have had issues with stuttering or delayed Emails with the old version, but with the new version things are running smooth.

Usability

We haven't had a chance to fully explore the options that are available. In the future, when we have had more in-depth experiences, we will be able to more fully disclose additional opinions more accurately.
