Outlook4Gmail helps me organize my email communications. It is easy to keep track of threads and folder all important communication. I recommend it to everyone who uses gmail. It takes the gmail chaos and makes it manageable.

Usability

I honestly am overwhelmed with gmail. I find the flow confusion and overcrowded with the threads. I can even find myself having trouble locating the most recent messages on a thread. Outlook4gmail organizes the messages in a more intuitive way. I can easily follow the time line of responses and folder them appropriately. Overall, it makes my work easier and more organized.

Alternatives Considered

monday.com

monday.com is a fantastic tool for working with a team. I find that Outlook4Gmail has the similar effect, in that it helps organize the very core of what I do. It is like having a working car; without one, it is very difficult to get things done. Having a tool that makes all your other work easier, like Outlook4gmail and monday.com, makes my entire office more integrated and, therefore, more productive. Both programs have moved out of "nice to have" to "need to have." They are essential to my work flow.

I folder all emails of certain subject. Outlook makes this an easy process. It allows for dragging messages to the proper place. Searching becomes very easy and locating what we need happens quickly. I would love to have more scheduled emailing capabilities. If the program has this feature, I am having trouble finding it.
