Pepper Cloud vs. WATI.io

I use to interact with many clients on a daily basis on different platforms like WhatsApp, facebook, gmail, Outlook, etc. In that term Pepper Cloud helped me alot as I dont need to keep eyes on different platforms now. I can manage everything from CRM dashboard itself. Also it's mobile app make it more convenient to use

If your userbase is small. Want to set up and start using the system quickly, then go for Wati.io. Easy setup, integration with google sheets, chrome extension, Zapier, Woo-Commerce, an option of the no-code chatbot, etc. will ease up too much work. Pricing-wise, it's costlier than other tools. Also, it's for WhatsApp only. IF you want to do the same with Instagram or Facebook, or LinkedIn, then it will not be possible on Wati.io.

• I particularly liked it's WhatsApp and other message channel integrations. It's makes it easy to handle conversations from single platform.
• It's AI powered features like chatbot, task automation, etc very handy tools.
• Multiple easy customization options
• Works well with other programs seamlessly. Also, it should open API.
• Provide 24*7 support.

• Segmented campaigns.
• Easy to access documents for developers.
• Integrations with other tools.

• Data and file storage is low
• Limited email templates
• The UI/Ux of reporting feature is bit old dated

• Open marketplace for integrations.
• Inclusion of the social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram.

Because it made me day to day work easy. I don't need to look after multiple apps to keep track of client's requirements. Everything can we handled from its dashboard only.

The provide 24*7 support on multiple channels like email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.

Their unique capabilities includes omnichannel CRM at reasonable prices.

Wati.io is easy and quick to set up and start using it. No need for any technical person. Also, reviews of other users led us to select Wati.io.

• Being a social CRM, it provided a unified platfrom for managing multiple conversations at place.
• It's integration capabilities makes it good option
• Helped us to provide omnichannel support to our clients. We can now provide support to our clients via voice/video calls, email, social media, whatsapp, etc.

• Quick setup gave us good advantage.
• Easy to use, no need of any technical knowledge.
