At a certain time they removed key items used in pipelines to force upgrades. The new UI though works well feels less intuitive than the previous one. My selection of PHPRunner does not imply anything negative about the listed programs. I was able to create a functioning skeleton app with PHPRunner that I was not able to create with any of the others. I did not want an online subscription-based product.
