Pirate Ship vs. ShipHero

If you need mailing labels, Pirate Ship is cheap, very organized and creates SCAN forms for USPS

1. They take your product that is supposed to ship immediately. Keep it and refuse to return it after they don't mail it for 2 months 2. If they say anything has been mailed, after 4 weeks of emails, you'll have no documentation. 3. The product never arrives. 4. You have to refund your clients 5. Your reputation is destroyed, and thousands are lost in revenue. In case they try to take this review down, the names of the magazines are ORIGIN, THRIVE and Mantra Wellness, in every grocery chain nationally (US). If you are also having a nightmare experience with this company, we have full legal documentation of this process we can send you to show they operate like scam artists.File a complaint, get your credit card to refund you, and report this company if this has happened to you. The damage they're currently causing us in sales, stress, and time is immense

• Tracking bulk shipments is easy.
• It integrates with chargify.

• I wish unused shipping labels were flagged more clearly to make it easy to request refunds
• No multi-user functionality, so you have to share an account
• Better email notifications about things like undeliverable packages

I have not had to use Pirate Ship's customer support because their product is wonderful and easy to use. I am sure based on the quality of their product that their customer service is also fantastic

Pirate Ship is the best for USPS shipping labels, hands down.
