PlanHub vs. ProWorkflow

PlanHub is really straightforward. You set up an account with your location and trade of work, and they customize a dashboard where you can see all relevant projects that fit your company's needs.

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

PlanHub offers great free access as well as a multitude of benefits for paid subscriptions. Other software requires an invitation to bid, but PlanHub has a library of projects that can fit any company's needs.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
