Procurify vs. AutoEntry by Sage

If the client still insists on sending an actual bank statement it is extremely easy to convert the statement using AutoEntry by Sage

• Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
• Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
• Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.

• Reconciles Supplier Statements
• Empowers both me and the clients

• Ability to have concurrent budgets open for different years.
• Inventory capability.
• Switch items on a requisition to a catalog item before cutting the PO.

I love how user friendly it is

We did our evaluation more than five years ago so I don't remember the names. Procurify was the only one (at the time) that met all of our needs. Procurify service and support is fantastic. No doubt we made the right choice.

AutoEntry by Sage has supplier statement reconciliation and alot less cost effective

• We saved time and got things approved quicker by using Procurify for invoice approvals.
• Time was saved and expenses were reimbursed quicker.
