Procurify vs. Tungsten AP Essentials

We are using Tungsten with the former Readsoft OCR Products and Ebydos webcycles. All incoming paper-based invoices, delivery documents, advices, etc. will be scanned and digitized incl. OCR by Tungsten. They are highly integrated in SAP processes and own developments. Tungsten Ebydos Webcycle is used for approval workflows for deviations in orders, PO volume, pricing, etc. This is also fully integrated in SAP workflows, incl. own developments.

• Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
• Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
• Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.

We did our evaluation more than five years ago so I don't remember the names. Procurify was the only one (at the time) that met all of our needs. Procurify service and support is fantastic. No doubt we made the right choice.

• We saved time and got things approved quicker by using Procurify for invoice approvals.
• Time was saved and expenses were reimbursed quicker.
