Scenario in which Propel is best on the grounds are : 1. Customer support is very enriching and helpful. 2. OMS electronic system is best part of it. 3. Salesforce platform is very user friendly. Scenario in which it needs improvement: 1. Platform releases sometimes affect business operation. 2. Preview and collaboration should be made very user friendly. 3. Variant and sharing management could be improved.

Jile can be used by enterprises of any size irrespective of which part they are in the Agile journey. Jile is an Agile DevOps platform to manage end-to-end Agile planning, execution, automating your CI/CD pipeline, and delivery of value to the customers. Jile itself is a platform to manage agile planning and delivery. • Lack of flexibility with exports and reports.
• Salesforce has limitations on the page layouts which is not a major issue.

• They do not integrate with any apps, have only DevOps 3rd party tools integration.
