ProProfs Project vs. Quire

If you’re executing creative projects, this tool will offload a lot of your work. It lets you clearly define the assignees and the associated timelines. You can even extract insightful reports to monitor team performance and project progress on the go.

Well-suited for small teams. It's feature-rich and simple, but doesn't have the bug-tracking capabilities of heavier tools like Jira. Low setup overhead, so it's easy to jump in and start quickly! Best Gantt chart experience I've had in a while.

• Manages Projects - Well of course it does this well, it is what it was designed for.
• One Easy Location - It is nice to be able to track project progress through one location.
• Makes Communication Easier - What a time saver! We can easily communicate through ProProfs Project to keep everyone on task and involved.

• Integration with third-party applications
• The 15-day trial period of the tool seems a bit short to completely grasp the efficancy of the tool

• Quire syncs with your calendar, but it would be nice to see an actual calendar within the app as well.

Very easy to input tasks, assign them to people, and make dependencies between tasks. Workflow is super convenient once you get used to using enter or tab in the right place. Can do a lot of things from the keyboard, but the commands are not as intuitive as those in Todoist.

I personally have not had to contact ProProfs Project Customer Support. I know that our media / marketing manager has used this tool for a while and is very comfortable with it. He has never expressed any issues or frustrations that I know of. The product is simple and easy to use and does not seem to require much support.

I think Project Bubble is way more streamlined than the others mentioned, as well as way more cost-effective! It is simple enough for my clients to access and keep track of their status, without having to explain or train them in the process. For value of money, customer support, and ease of use, I give it my highest recommendation.

Quire comes close to Nuclino, but Nuclino wins with its ability to create "cards" and organize a little more neatly.
