ProWorkflow vs. evergreen by sa.global

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

It's great for general research, including case law and secondary sources. I find that it's very comprehensive.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

It does a better job of aggregating information than Westlaw. And, it has a better secondary source library.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation

• It has saved time in getting answers to specific question.
