Resource Guru vs. Workzoom

It is very well suited when different branches of the company reside in different countries or time zones. It allows the project manager to efficiently keep track of the progress of their team members. It reduces the need for intensive calls where the manager asks for an extensive check in and update from each individual person. It also allows the project manager to update tasks and timelines as needed.

Workzoom by Nortek Solutions is really helpful in HR, recrutiment and payroll.Our payroll is being managed by an external third party. Payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, and recruitment for the organization are all managed in one place which really makes it worth it. it helped during COVID by providing a paperless response.

• We can color by client, project, booker for clear picture.
• There are filters to select particular resources for need of our event.
• We can easily see booked and free time.

• Implementation process is good. Their focus is to create value to our organization.
• Simpleness of usage and team assistance. avoid charging for everything on basics.
• A fairly priced HR system is available with a fantastic technical and sales team.

• There is not much to be unhappy about. They construct for us whatever capability that is lacking - they are amazing!
• There are numerous choices. After using the system for a while, you become accustomed to it.
• The Workzoom implementation team is available to assist at all times.

Resource Guru is the only product of it's kind that I have used regularly. Slack is comparable in allowing communication between teams, but doesn't have nearly the functionality of Resource Guru. Resource Guru is the only product that I am aware of that manages tasks and deadlines between various team members, and can be accessed by all members.

The needs of the company are better met by Workzoom than by BambooHR. Workzoom is the best choice when considering the level of continuous product support. path of Workzoom over BambooHR in terms of feature upgrades and roadmaps.

• It's easy to assign work to the resources.
• Resources can be filtered with various criteria as per the project needs.
• We get clear picture of assigned tasks and hence project progress.

• it is amazing and it will give you ROI with satisfaction.
• our quarterly performance reviews, which were previously manual processes for us, have been streamlined and automated.
