ServiceNow IT Operations Management vs. Superblocks

Superblocks is great for building internal tools for your company. We have our finances running on Superblocks, our client services running on it, as well as a lot of internal tooling for our product. You can build full-apps using their API builder, Workflow builder, Scheduled Jobs, and UI builder. All without having to handle your own infrastructure. It's meant to be one extra abstraction layer on top of other developer infrastructure tools like AWS, Vercel, etc.

• Linking multipe records (Knowledge Items, Problem, change,. CI) to a single incident
• A customers 'super" user has access to all cases that are filled by them.
• When a change is filed and you link to the CI involved. You get an overview of all CI that depends on the involved CI.

• Easy to use User Interface builder for building internal apps
• Scheduled Jobs and Workflow builder in multiple languages
• API builder for support your User Interface for your internal apps

• A lot of flexibility in the licensing options which can get overwhelming.
• They are just starting to get into helping with DevOps so I don't have as much experience there but it's a challenge for us.
• Pricing negotiations - although that can be pretty much every vendor.

ServiceNow IT Operations Management is more flexible and easier to customize without altering core code. ServiceNow IT Operations Management enables more robust third-party integrations (e.g., Jira, Slack, ScienceLogic). ServiceNow IT Operations Management is easier to use and to implement. It is cloud-based and doesn't require "on-premise" infrastructure or solution.
