SessionCam (discontinued) vs. UXtweak

SessionCam works well for helping you figure out what is and isn't working with a small or mid-sized business website. It can give you valuable insights regarding the flow of the user's movements on the site, and where the user might hit a dead end. Its reporting capabilities might not be powerful enough for more complex situations.

UXtweak is suitable for everyone, whether you are a student, the owner of a small or large business, or a professional UX designer or researcher. UXtweak will assist you in resolving any issue, large or little. You may test many components of the site using a wide range of tools. And, owing to its starting plan, it is accessible to anyone.

• They only did one part of an audit and said they were going to finish it, but never did. I've followed up with the account person and haven't heard back. This is a recent development this didn't happen with 2 other audits they did.
• It has aspects to try and narrow down the data, but it's still a lot of data to parse, so in the end, it still takes a lot of time to truly use it.

I have never used any other similar tool and I am happy to say they proved exactly what we need.

I have also looked into getting UserZoom and UserTesting, but their cost is much higher, so I chose UXtweak as a more affordable alternative
