SiftHub vs. Votigo

Best suited for the scenarios where a Company receives a good number of RFP's/tenders or any questionnaires from their customers and there are different stakeholders internally who are responsible for entering the answers and approving it as well. Less appropriate where company has not maintained the documents or repository that is must for generating the relevant answers. Also companies which have lesser RFP participation may not use the tool that much

If you want a fully integrated and customized solution Votigo is the way to go. But it is not a cheap or fast option. If you can work within the self service template it can be a fast, inexpensive option.

• Worked with Votigo on large cause marketing campaign for Citgo Oil. Great customer service!
• Votigo is flexibile with program implementation and customization. Project for 3M
• Votigo is a always timely with follow up and technical support and resolution

• I use SiftHub for getting answers for different entities and the answer that I receive is not specific or related to the entity that I need answer for
• The web application can be made more user friendly as i use chrome extension more often than not as it is a bit complicated.
• Evidence attachment feature is missing. There are questionnaires that needs evidences to be attached that we are doing manually as of now

• I wish we had more flexibility with the design options like CSS and HTML at the lower cost self service option.
• I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design
• Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more.

For a custom or API implementation I think it is a great option and they have great customer service. The self service option is too rigid and I need more application options and design customization

Overall usability is ok. Lots of features and buttons everywhere, unsure what value each feature adds exactly.

• It is a great solution but I now see a lot of other products with more advanced reporting and lower costs.
