Overall Satisfaction with SiftHub

We tried SiftHub to helps answer RFPs with a quick turn around time and a good degree of accuracy. The sales function also uses it to help answer technical questions and questionnaires around the product capabilities, compliance and integration frameworks. Recently we also tried using their AI teammate feature to help sales function summarise deal actions.

Pros

  • Sales Enablement
  • AI Sales Assistant
  • RFP

Cons

  • Some missing integrations ex:Salesforce
  • Higher level of accuracy to responses
  • End to end seamless RFP automation
  • Time saved in finding the best answers to a product question
  • Controlled context environment enables low hallucination
Overall usability is ok. Lots of features and buttons everywhere, unsure what value each feature adds exactly.

Good- Ability to maintain company specific context to help answer any question a prospect/client might have. Ability to form and maintain specific collections of documents to answer from. Bad- Missing Salesforce Integration that can plug data into the CRM automatically.
Overall- Good Product that can superpower sales function immensely.
