It also suits if there are new projects and each project has its own team and team incurs expenses for the business. AMEX is not as user friendly as Weel and top of it, Weel provides good integration with Xero accounting system. We spent hours to keep track of reimbursement expenses and employees had to wait to get paid back but with Weel, it is all automated and approval process is very visible.
