SportsPlus vs. Zenoti

If you are looking for a team app for all organization teams SportsPlus works well. This is not for you if you are looking for just one team. Also this integrates well with registration and payment collection. This works best if you can use it to manage all areas of your club. The more you can use the better value you will get out of it.

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. • I had a couple of parents who had some initial problems with their accounts, which eventually got fixed.
• Few times the mobile app notifications arrived later.
• Sometimes it is confusing to switch between the mobile app and mobile browser view for certain confirmations.

• A few minor limitations using the calendar to book appointments.
• Display which therapists are available when customers are booking online.
• A few minor usability improvements in the point of sale.

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff

Sometimes it took time to resolve non-urgent issues.

SportsPlus is cost efficient when compared to others and it worked well in our initial evaluation which made it easy to go with SportsPlus.

Zenoti offers the richest feature set for our business category.
