Overall Satisfaction with Zenoti

We are a massage therapy business. Zenoti's platform handles almost all of our customer facing business functions including booking appointments, providing our customers with a mobile app to book online, payment processing, gift certificates, internal reporting, calculating payroll and customer marketing through email or SMS.

The Zenoti platform can be tailored for the your individual business needs through a vast array of options and controls in the system. We converted from another large provider just over a year ago and we have found Zenoti to be very responsive to our needs and continues to aggressively invest in their technology, especially AI. I would highly recommend investigating their solutions for you business as well.

Cons

  • A few minor limitations using the calendar to book appointments.
  • Display which therapists are available when customers are booking online.
  • A few minor usability improvements in the point of sale.
  • Built in marketing features help to boost bookings
  • Built in features to help sell Add-ons.
Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff.
Zenoti offers the richest feature set for our business category.

The solution is an excellent choice for an appointment-based business like ours. I cannot speak to class-based businesses.
