It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.

Wizehire is an amazing applicant tracking system for organization and follow-up. I appreciate being able to add prerequisite questions for easy overviews of qualifications. The personality assessment is a great touch to have upfront in the application process. I love the Kanban view and customizations to track candidates in a way that makes sense for our organization.

• Candidates can apply for the same role more than once, and I'd like that not to be allowed
• The DISC is not as accurate as others, like Ableson.
• Candidates can apply without a resume and that's frustrating
