Teramind vs. Timeneye

Easy to use and to install this great solution and it is very easy to remotely monitor all our employees activities and get reports on what they are doing and what applications are being used and doesn't make users computer slow and that they never notice when they are being monitored.

Timeneye is appropriate when you need a basic time tracking software without a lot of gimmicks or external capabilities. It connects into your existing efforts and has a simple layout. Though it doesn't have separated or well-designed permissions, you can still separate who has access to certain jobs and phases.

• Sometimes it constantly gets disconnected.
• It creates duplicate each time i try to log on a different device.
• With antivirus in place it may be hard to install because it always flag it as a virus.

For new users, the web admin console is welcoming and easy to use. The configuration and the required settings are easy to understand.

They've got live chat support right on their dashboard, which usually responds within minutes.

Teramind is easy simple easy to navigate through with and intuitive and powerful user interface offering dashboard rich features and excellent video and screen recording and being able to hind log out access which makes it the smart monitoring tool than any other products. Teramind can be used from anywhere both in app and web based.

Harvest wins in a direct comparison in everything except cost. It is more built out, more inclusive, has more third party integrations, and more support than Timeneye does. We selected Timeneye first and for most because of its affordability. We switched over to Harvest as an agency when we outgrow the Timeneye setup.

• Its automation block emails containing sensitive information and prevention to use of external drives.
• Powerful rule engine which allows [the] creation of rules and policies to easily address data loss and prevention needs.

• Cheapest time tracking platform out there. It allows basic project time tracking and cost per project analysis capabilities.
• It takes so long to report on jobs it might not be worth the cheaper cost.
