Textio vs. Yello

Scenarios where Textio is well suited include tackling any organization's needs to go through their written material (in our case, job descriptions), identify potential bias and quickly know how to improve it. Identifying language patterns is Textio's forte, so I would say any language review effort could benefit from it.

This software is ideal for companies of all sizes who wish to recruit qualified personnel in a simple and uncomplicated way. For our company, it has been a great help and has made the selection process more efficient and has provided us with qualified personnel.

• It has live video interviews in front of a jury, which allows us to ask the interviewee customizable questions that the program also throws them by default.
• It also has integrations with social networks to expand the search for ideal candidates for our vacancies, as well as integrations with software such as a greenhouse, Gmail, daxtra, and more, to improve its functions.
• It allows us to view the candidates' profiles in an organized way so that we can monitor their progress in the selection process.

• The platform allows affiliation to events or job fairs, but its number of events is very minimal for what we need.
• Its learning curve may be a bit high, but it is worth getting to know the software in-depth, as it is very useful and provides us with great candidates.
• For the high learning curve, they need a little more support material, guides, and tutorials, for its correct use.

We started by using free tools found online, but none could provide the same level of depth and insights that Textio provides

• It is much easier to recruit personnel thanks to this software. It is a little uphill to learn, so at first, we had trouble adapting to it, but it has powerful tools such as cv search engines, which make the recruitment process is done in record time, greatly improving our performance.
