Professional ($199/month) includes $49 in monthly credits, the lowest per-piece rates, a dedicated account manager, design and messaging concierge services, and direct Slack access to the thanks.io team. High Volume (custom) is available for enterprise and high-volume senders - contact sales for custom rates and SLAs. Sample Mail rates on Business / Professional: 4×6 postcard $0.73 / $0.60, 6×9 postcard $0.87 / $0.67, notecard $1.79 / $1.45.
