Overall Satisfaction with Lob

We use Lob to print and mail checks for our customer payments to vendors. Customers select the vendor invoices they want to pay on our platform and then Lob prints and mails those checks. They also include remittance detail and any attachments the customer chooses to include with the payment.

  • Lob was our first and still is one of our check printing providers. Overall the do a good job but not a specailized check company so room for improvement
no major problems, although I am not on the engineering side, more on Finanace/ops
Easy to add new vendors for our cusotmers and print checks right away.
it's all done through an API so not much insight here.

I think they are fine for general check printing but might want to use a more specialized payments company for advanced and/or high-volume applications
