Likelihood to Recommend	Total Expert It is well suited to mass marketing and as a database. Also well suited to parsing the database into sub categories. I also like its ability to schedule marketing at specific times and days. It is not as well suited for listing print material. Listing meaning grabbing from MLS listings. Alternatives Considered	Total Expert Total Expert was chosen by management and for good reason. I didn't like Follow Up Boss because Total Expert was much more intuitive and also much more integrated with the other programs we use (Encompass, Rebel I Q, Sales Boomerang, etc).
