Overall Satisfaction with Total Expert
I use Total Expert as a database for clients, and current and potential partners. I also use Total Expert for mass marketing to potential clients and realtors... and to also send specific content that is based on organization of said borrowers and third party referral partners (realtors, past clients, etc).

- To create co-branded material without having to have realtor opt-in first
- Home flyers are difficult to use. List reports is much easier

Total Expert was chosen by management and for good reason. I didn't like Follow Up Boss because Total Expert was much more intuitive and also much more integrated with the other programs we use (Encompass, Rebel I Q, Sales Boomerang, etc). Its just a much better program overall than Follow Up Boss
