The Wonderlic Select hiring assessments provide job-specific insights into a candidate's fit for a role. Using Wonderlic's multi-measure assessment approach gives HR teams the most accurate prediction of whether their candidate can do the job, wants to do the job, and how they'll do it. This approach aims to give greater insights into performance and retention.
USATestprep would not be appropriate for certain connections type teachers. This program is geared more toward content level classes. Classes like P.E., band, chorus, etc. would not benefit from using USA Test prep. Some gifted level classes might not be appropriate due to students finishing the course work really fast.

As I described, [WonScore Pre-Employment Testing (formerly Wonderlic Employee & Customer Surveys)] is very useful in screening candidates for smarts, motivation, and personality quirks. Wouldn't interview candidate without it now

Extremely easy to use. I maintain a candidate spreadsheet for backup and entering a new candidate takes only a minute or less. System notifies me when candidate completes assessment as well as when a candidate scores strongly. Seamlessly integrated into my existing candidate procurement method.

Customer support is fantastic!! Only if all other companies gave the same kind of support. Anytime I have had to contact support, my issue is typically resolved within 30 minutes. When contacting support, you will not talk to a robot either. There is always another person at the end of the line.

I really never had to use support - maybe only a few times in more than 5 years. Any interaction I had was positive, solutions were immediate, responses were well crafted and easy to follow. The software really is fairly intuitive. Any issues that came up were easy to resolve in a quick, easy, pleasant conversation!

IXL is a good program that allows teachers to focus on problems for specific standards. It allows teachers to assign work and monitor student progress. What I like about USATestprep is that you can assign and create assessments that automatically grades the student work where IXL is not able to do.

I have used Personnel Survey & Research Group tool (PSR), DISC, and Predictive Index (PI). None of them offer the balance of accuracy, valuable insights, and speed to results. The DISC system seems to be a simulation of the Predictive Index. The PI is the closest tool I have used to the value of WonScore. However, the WonScore Pre-Employment Testing gives a MUCH more valuable set of insights.
