Chose Framer
Framer is a good balance between complexity and price. Wix and Tilda look good for even simpler projects, while Framer offers more sophisticated options. But at a certain point of complexity, as I already mentioned - number of pages, complicated automations- I would move to …
Chose Framer
We primarily used Figma for design prototyping and Webflow for turning them into live websites. Framer does it all in the same place without sacrificing design freedom and quality. It's our go-to tool unless clients want something else.

I'd definitely recommend it for a personal portfolio or landing page, for an MVP or small project. I don't think it suits you well if you have a very complicated funnel, want to create a big system with many automations, and need to connect to a lot of other platforms. But for small automations, it works well.

Usability
I use Figma a lot, and basically Framer is a Figma like tool, but then generates front-end websites. It's easy to get started straight away an deliver something within minutes. Much more easy then it would be in Wordpress or any other CMS. From a usability perspective it follows good heuristics.
