Viewpoint HR Management vs. Zimyo

It is well suited to manage field and office employees together. the process of critical onboarding of employees has been in the improved form. Reduction of manual data entry to a level is improved. The cloud-based applicant tracking system is a feature to look forward to. The portal makes the data audit-ready always which aligns things a lot.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.
