Wagepoint vs. WebWork Time Tracker

I highly recommend Wagepoint, especially for start-up companies. Their fees are really cheap and the quality of their work is really good. They may have room for improvement on the reporting side, but given their flexibility, they can always find a way to help your organization. I definitely recommend Wagepoint.

WebWork is well suited for all organizations where they need to maintain a tracker for the employee to detect productivity and maintain attendance by calculating time. We can easily manage projects with WebWork and also easy for the team to work on.

• It super cool features to detect user's productivity
• We can work on team easily through WebWork on perticular project.
• Accurate time showing.
• Catch snapshot of user's screen on daily basis.

• Reports need to be improve. You cannot customize your preferred report. Thus, manual reporting happens at times. But you can't complain on the cost.
• Flexibility on late notice of payroll processing. Lowering additional fees could help us.
• Need to ask clients for feedback on the use of system.

It also work if we are not connecting to network without any lag. Also, we can track detailed activity of employee because it captures screenshots when user starts the time.

Wagepoint is great for our Canadian employees, as Gusto does not support multi-national workforces. However, Gusto provides a much more robust system with which you can manage employees salaries, healthcare benefits, and additional benefits. Gusto also provides ample data with which to evaluate costs, understand employees, and forecast future costs, which Wagepoint does not support.
